Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Jai Holidays, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any tour booking services offered through it.
Booking and Reservations
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a tour package independently through our website.
• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after Jai Holidays issues a formal written booking confirmation and receives the required deposit or full payment as specified in your invoice.
• Accuracy of Details: Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal details (including names as they appear on government-issued IDs or passports). Any changes or corrections required due to incorrect data submission may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
• Deposits: A non-refundable advance deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations with hotels, transport, and activity operators.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date specified on your invoice, typically 15 to 30 days prior to the tour departure date. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations by the Customer: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation charges will apply based on how far in advance the notice is received:
* More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
* 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
* Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).
• Cancellations by Jai Holidays: If we are forced to cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety risks, or force majeure events, travelers will be offered an alternative itinerary, a travel credit voucher, or a refund minus any non-recoverable third-party expenses.
Travel Documents and Insurance
• It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain valid passports, visas, permits, and required health certificates for the destination.
• Jai Holidays strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and unforeseen disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
Jai Holidays shall not be held liable for any delay, mishap, injury, property damage, or financial loss caused by acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government regulations, or incidents beyond our direct operational control.
