We went on 5 trips with Jai Holidays. All the trips were customised as per our needs. In all the trips the hotel bookings were excellent. The recent trip with Jai Holidays was to Vietnam. We had a problem with hotel room in one of the place, but was fixed immediately and promptly by Sushma Mam and their team in vietnam. Sushma mam a wonderful tour planner, always considers the budget and the trips are planned accordingly. Looking forward for many more trips with Jai Holidays and Sushma Mam.

End of December we had Jai holidays customize a package tour for us (10 pax) to Malaysia. It was very well organised as per our needs, well coordinated between their teams in Malaysia, The drivers cum Guides doing private transfers were great! A shoutout to all three drivers. Last but not the least Sushma….a wonderful tour planner who understands the requirements of a client and listens carefully, also keeps your budget in mind and suggests accordingly. In between I got a little anxious as my son was to join us in the middle of the tour and Sushma said" You just sit back and enjoy the tour I will take care of it all" and she really did. We, 14 of us wanted to do Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Varanasi along with elderly people. Was literaly anxious while trip was planned. From the day of booking up to back home, Jai holidays took care of us without even an iota of displeasure.
